A lovely place, perfect communication, clean studio! Just know that the kids' footsteps/running around above can be noisy as the sound insulation is not perfect. No views from this unit but I bet the view one floor above must be stunning:) Thanks for the hangers. I left a little gift(a ceramic coffee mug)in return to encourage paper and plastic utensil waste.

Nicole is awesome, and their place is perfect for what we needed. 2 people attending a wedding in Berkeley. Would be happy to come back again, even just for fun. The location of their house made getting around the city easy and approachable. 10 out of 10 :)
